Return Policy
Requirements of our return policies
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
Where provided, all original packaging accompanying the item must be included and returned in its original condition.
Shoes returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Unauthorized returns
Any merchandise returned to Paulo Succar without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable restocking fee at 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding taxes and shipping.
To request a return authorization number, please email paulo@paulosuccar.com and provide your name, order number, name of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
All full price items are candidates for a single return.
Will I be charged for shipping for a return?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping. In case you choose to waive the secure tracking that our parcel service offers, Paulo Succar is not responsible for the package if it is lost or not received.
Returns for international orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than Mexico and the United States of America.
Returns for telephone orders, special orders and pre-orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for phone orders, special orders or pre-orders.
